First camp from Duroadoo [Mud Plain Camp / the search for water].

This drawing shows Becker's point of view as he waits in camp to guard the supplies, while the pack horses at left are returning to the last known water, and Thomas Purcell and John Smith on camels set off in search of new water.

This drawing was not acquired with the other Becker drawings in 1875, but only purchased much later, from a private collection in 2000.  An article about the drawing can be read here.
